The worst DQ ever, seriously people y'all need to get it together! I often pass this DQ and have stopped here three different time. Each time has been a different kind of mess. The worse one was when I waited in line for about 15 to 20 min for one blizzard only to find out they do not have the flavor I wanted and then the server proceeded to tell me how they aren't accepting card payment because they are having issues. They could have easily told me this all when they were taking my order at the drive through and not made my long drive longer than it already is. Never stopped here since and don't plan to in future either. No thanks!
We (my husband) are changing a tire here next to the DQ, the very professional and kind manager came to offer help and something to drink. We definitely appreciated the Dr Pepper. Thank you so much.
I phoned in an order after it was placed they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later we show up, it isn't ready understandable they were busy. 25 minutes later our order has been given to someone else and they remake ours but don't saying anything to the people who got the wrong thing not do they apologize to us. But wait that's not all, we ordered jalitos which we got completely clumped together and inedible. So nope never again.
It was 10 min til closing and I didnt realize or I would habe not went throigh drove thru...but the young man was still able to serve me blizzards whoch is awesome unlike most DQ they clean and close their icecream machines like 30 min early. But this DQ didnt.
