When you start raiding the highway like bandits and writing tickets for 8 miles an hour over the speed limit then safety is NOT your number one concern anymore, it's taking our money. You aren't fooling anybody. You are running a racket.
Speed trap of the worst kind. Got pulled over on the highway by the sheriff for going EIGHT miles over the speed limit. He wrote me a ticket for 175 dollars.
