Amazing care, fast, and they are SO caring about their patients. Highly recomend them, I had pneumonia when I went, and they made me much better, I quite literally left better than when I walked in..
Horrible service. The Nurse Practitioner (Found out later on that is what she is) along with the staff lead us to believe she was an MD. They even call her Dr when they refer to her. Not sure that's even legal. If you're a Vet or retiree and are forced to use her as a PCM due to tricare policy I would recommend driving further to see an actual Dr and not a NP or PA. Pharmacies will give you grief filling prescriptions as they know she is not a Dr and have had issues in the past with her prescribing medication as a NP. You will thank me!
Their Nurse Practitioner, Sue Brundrett, is nothing short of AWESOME as a medical care provider. She responds to patient communications and attempts to contact her and she almost IMMEDIATELY handles any issues that require administrative work to be done of the office's part.
The front desk lady is quite the snob though; she's lazy and always looks for excuses as to why things didn't get done. She's quite a loser but her nasty disposition doesn't give a true reflection of the care provided by Sue Brundrett.
